Early engagement with T/T projects (EEP and EMO)

Monitor the capacity status

Discuss with GRE and T/T PM for capacity physical requirement and timeline

Discuss with HPTIT and T/T PM for capacity IT requirement and timeline

Plan the capacity requirement and timeline by reservation system

Tracking with GRE and HPIT for the progress and timeline

Plan annual seats requirement for POR budget

Submit for MADO per emergence case

Escalate if any problem and issue by following normal escalation channel

Update the DIMs and local seats location reports monthly

Organize update meeting in bi-weekly basis to DCM committee

Join APJ capacity update meeting organized by APJ Best shore DCM

At least 5 years experience in planning and similar job

A strong experience with planning

A strong of coordinating skills with T/T,GRE and HPIT and other business unit.

Fluent in English speaking and good at comprehasion

Have knowledges of floor plan, IT infrastructure.

A following up ability inline with project timeline.

A logical mind and strong sense of responsiblility

Bachelor degree is at least, Master degree in Business planning is preferred.
